Nearly a decade ago when I co-founded my company, EB Academics, I didn’t anticipate that at some point I’d have a team of 16, and they would be looking to
me for leadership and guidance. 

I had no clue the weight that I would eventually shoulder with the role of CEO.

As the Co-Founder and CEO of EB Academics, a multi-million dollar education company and the Founder of Excellence in Leadership, I went through years of struggling to truly understand what it meant and looked like to be the CEO and successful leader of a championship team. I remember feeling like a complete failure - as the company grew and we hired more employees, it all began to feel unmanageable.

The biggest struggle? Learning how to effectively lead a team ... until I realized being the CEO of a team looked a lot like being a coach in sports. 

So I leaned into my decades of experience coaching and teaching young women on the basketball court and translated that into how I grew, developed, and lead the employees on my team ... in excellence. And it worked.

IN-DEPTH ONBOARDING

4-Hour Private Coaching Day

The first part of your onboarding experience will include a half day with me. We will work to do a deep-dive into your business. You'll walk away with:

  • A 3-Month Strategic Action Plan broken down with a month-to-month focus, so you are not in the least bit overwhelmed with what you and your team get to accomplish. 
  • This includes check-in dates every 30 days to hold you accountable to the pre-determined action items. These will be 1:1 calls with me for 30 minutes each month. 
  • This day is dedicated to the areas in your business where you want the most help - it is curated specifically for you, so that I am able to truly help you in each of the 5 Core Areas of Excellence. I need to understand your business as if it were my own in order to provide you honest and quality advice and coaching throughout the mastermind. 
BI-ANNUAL RETREATS

Luxury Retreat

In-person luxury mastermind retreat. Get ready to be spoiled to the nines and create lasting connections and friendships with other business owners.

March 2024 Itinerary:

  • Day 1 will be spent exploring the beautiful Lake Tahoe area, followed by a private chef event at my Tahoe home.
  • Days 2-3 include full days of masterminding together and will include guest speakers well versed in one of the 5 Core Areas of Excellence in Leadership. 
  • Our stay will be at my home in Lake Tahoe and 3 neighboring, gorgeous Airbnb's. (Accommodations are included as a part of the mastermind experience.) 
  • All meals will be provided from high-end local eateries.

The second retreat of 2024 will be held in September location TBD. Your 6-months includes 1 retreat in your mastermind dues. 

PERSONALIZED COACHING

Monthly Coaching + Calls

Group Calls happen 3-4 times per month. Please note that if you are accepted into the Mastermind, it is highly encouraged you attend all of these calls. You get out of something what you put into it. Show up and do the work. 

  • Group Hot Seats: 1.5-hours twice per month (I will stay as long as until everyone who wants to ask a question gets theirs answered).
  • Group Topic-Focused Calls: We will focus on one of the 5 Core Areas of Excellence in Leadership through a presentation-style call meant to provide you with not just information, but action steps to make progress forward. 
  • Group Teaching: As a part of this group, you bring your own expertise (whether it be in funnels, email marketing, YouTube strategy, etc.). As a contributing member of this group, we provide you the opportunity to share your knowledge with the group and teach on a specific topic that you are well versed in.
  • Two 2-Hour Check-In Sessions with Me: We will meet 1:1 for 2 hours twice throughout our 6 months together. During this time we will work together to keep you in momentum and accountability toward the goals that you set during your initial onboarding call.
