I remember feeling like a complete failure - as the company grew and we hired more employees, it all began to feel unmanageable.
The biggest struggle? Learning how to effectively lead a team ... until I realized being the CEO of a team looked a lot like being a coach in sports.
So I leaned into my decades of experience coaching and teaching young women on the basketball court and translated that into how I grew, developed, and lead the employees on my team ... in excellence. And it worked.
